SEC. 301. EXTRAJURISDICTIONAL CASES NOT BINDING ON STATES.

SEC. 302. IMPEACHMENT, CONVICTION, AND REMOVAL OF JUDGES FOR CERTAIN EXTRAJURISDICTIONAL ACTIVITIES.
