STATE DEPARTMENT PAYS OTHER IMAMS - Rev. Franklin Graham, whose son is serving in Iraq, was not allowed to pray at the Pentagon because his presence would "offend" Muslims. But paying imams who support Hamas and Hezbollah to travel to the Middle East to represent the United States of America is not offensive in the minds of Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton. There are many more imams on the payroll of the State Department than just Feisal Rauf, but the State Department refuses to say who they are or how much they get paid. The Religious Freedom Coalition has filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the State Department demanding the information.

CONGRESSMAN BLOCKS AID TO LEBANESE ARMY - The weapons and ammunition used by Lebanese army snipers to kill two Israeli officers were supplied by the United States. It is believed that the snipers were trained here, although neither the Lebanese Army nor our government will comment. Congressman Howard Berman, who heads the Foreign Affairs Committee, blocked funds to the Lebanese Army unless there was a promise not to use them against Israel. Lebanese Defense Minister Elias Murr, said in response that he would reject any American military assistance if it came with conditions that weapons not be used against Israel. Read more

CANTOR SAYS STATE AG FAILED TO DEFEND TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE - Minority Whip Eric Cantor accused the State Attorneys General in Massachusetts and California of failing to defend provisions passed by voters to defend traditional marriage. Cantor said about the situation, "Regrettably, in both of these cases, the Attorneys General responsible for defending the laws either presented the weakest possible defense or refused to take on the challenge at all." He makes the point that same-sex advocates are passing over the will of the people and that elected officials are failing those voters. Cantor's statement

STUDENTS NOT ALLOWED TO SING ANTHEM - A group of high school students attending a conservative leadership conference in Washington, D.C. were ordered to stop singing the National Anthem during a visit to the Lincoln Memorial. The students were stopped about 30 seconds into the National Anthem and told it was an "unauthorized demonstration."

THE FASCISTS OF THE 21st CENTURY - There are misguided American liberals who are just astonished that European nations would consider banning the burqa from being worn in public by women. These are the same liberals who believe that employers may ban Christians and Jews from wearing religious jewelry. In the United States, liberals and the Islamic fascists are allies against a common enemy, Judeo-Christianity. European liberals, even communists, are willing to take a stand against Islamic persecution of women because they believe they have already defeated the church in Europe and want no return of religion in the public square.
